DRINKS
Our 'sorta gin, kinda genever' is great on its own, but also very suitable to be used in a mix or cocktail.
As OTENBA is both a gin and a genever, it works very well in a mix with tonic, but also with ginger ale.
Rather looking for drinks to impress your friends?
Here are some ideas for those classic style cocktails with OTENBA.
OTENBA Sour
60ml OTENBA
30ml lemon juice
(freshly squeezed)
15ml sugar syrup*
(2 parts sugar to 1 part water)
*you can add lemongrass when dissolving the sugar in the water to give extra flavour to the cocktail.
15ml egg white
(or a vegan substitute)
Dry shake all ingredients (so no
ice yet). Then add ice, shake
again and fine strain into a chilled glass.
Garnish: 3 drops of Angostura Aromatic Bitters
